How we help prospective students apply to colleges

Our process of helping prospective student apply for colleges involves the following:

1. Reviewing of applicant's transcript(s) to evaluate the applicant's strengths and weaknesses, and suggest most feasible fields of study.
2. Determining the state(s), within the United States of America, where the applicant is interested in studying.
3. Providing information about the tuition and fees for the colleges in the state(s) chosen by the students.
4. Providing application requirements for specific colleges to the applicant.
5. Helping to fill out and submit the application(s) on behalf of the applicant. Applicants will be responsible for paying the institution's application fee plus our application assistance fee. The application assistance fee that we charge only covers the assistance that we render in applying to the colleges. Prospective students can apply to a maximum of three colleges with the one-time application assistance fee.
6. Following up with the colleges on admission decision.
7. Informing applicants about admission decision and the steps to take thereafter. The decision to accept or deny admission is completely up to each college and I do not have any influence on that. However, my screening process will give applicants true picture of where they stand and I will work with the applicants to get them into an appropriate college.

Academic Advising Support

The first step towards attaining your educational goal is receiving an acceptance letter to a college. Parents and their accepted students are often very excited, and rightly so, about the good news. The students, however, soon realize that transitioning to college from high school poses its own unique challenges. It's like transfering a fish from a small aquarium in the house into a big river (or ocean). This unique challenges often negatively affect a lot of students academically, leading to them spending unnecessary number of years to complete their degrees.

Students in this situation sometimes find it very difficult to discuss the challenges with their parents until it's very late (second semester of their senior year, after realizing they won't be able to graduate with their mates).

One of our goals is to help prevent situations like this. We would like to help students to graduate on time and their parents and family to celebrate their graduations with them as projected from the very first time they received their acceptance letter.
